Aerial Yoga for Autism

Thank you, Miss Eden!!  The kiddos did a an aerial yoga class at Blissful Energy with Miss Eden. The kiddos LOVED the sound healing and singing bowls that were incorporated too -- such a great Friday. I highly recommend attending an aerial yoga class for kids near you if you can find one!
